- DHdiane heatonAug 8, 20251.0Port Royal location. Saturday afternoon lunch. Manager/worker "forgot" to make tea and made no move to make any, even with 2 customers waiting for it. They weren't crowded so its not like she was busy. Instead she chose to languish in a booth, shout directions & yuk it up loudly with workers behind counter. A homeless-looking man was wandering about, mumbling, and they were all laughing at him. Also only had two cheeses to choose from and many toppings were low or empty! Why wouldn't she plan ahead and keep tea made and ingredients ordered? Isn't that a manager's job? She also "forgot to clean some areas in the back", or so she said loudly for all to hear! Service was poor - female workers were rude. They act like they are doing you a big favor to wait on you. I don't know why I bother. Have had several bad experiences here, especially on Saturdays. This Subway needs some serious monitoring, training, & restructuring!
