Called the restaurant to ask for extra horseradish sauce. The manager, Antwan stated they ran out of Prime Rib & NY Strip was my 2nd choice. They ran out of that also. Talked to the manager TWICE. I GET A TEXT STATING MY ORDER IS BEING DELIVERED SO I CALL THE MANAGER BACK. HE STATED HE CANCELLED THE ORDER. 30 MINS LATER I HAVE A DOOR DASH GUY SHOWING UP AT MY PLACE TRYING TO PASS OFF A (HAMBURGER) TO ME!!! I CALL BACK TO THE RESTAURANT AND....JORDAN..WHOM NOW SAYS HE'S THE MANAGER OF OUTBACK... He states they did run out of Prime Rib and NY Strip and I should be refunded but NOW ITS MY PROBLEM..BECAUSE JESSIE FROM DOOR DASH WAS AT MY PLACE. This generation is so incompetent compared to my generation. Jordan..the way you spoke to me on our recorded phone call which I use Cogi...you OWE ME AN APOLOGY!! Each APP allows drivers & delivery drivers this option. 👀SO...OUTBACK CAUSED DRIVERS TO DRIVE FURTHER THEN NEEDED!!! I MIGHT BE OLD BUT I'M NOT STUPID! SOMEONE AT OUTBACK...should have stopped these types of deliveries by communicating this to DOOR DASH DRIVERS! THERE WAS NO GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM...🫵👉ALL IT TOOK WAS SIMPLE COMMUNICATION AND TIME TO COMMUNICATE THIS TO A DRIVER. I received a REFUND. SOMEONE NEEDS TO GIVE THE DRIVER..JESSIE A GIFT CARD FOR DINNER THERE BECAUSE IT WAS OUTBACK'S RESPONSIBILITY TO STOP THIS. POOR DRIVER LOST TIME & MONEY
