Absolute worst customer service!! Never actually spoke at all, not one word. No greeting, no asking about what we wanted in any way, never asked if we wanted drinks, didn't even tell me the total. Literally just stood there with a blank stare... This is the kind of behavior/service that drives customers away the quickest!!

The establishment is always clean and the employees are organized and polite. There is an older lady that works at around lunchtime and she makes sure all the tables are cleaned. Highly recommended.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
