- MJMarkayla JohnsonFeb 21, 20261.0I ordered a hot dog for lunch and it was extremely poorly made. It was sloppy to the point of being inedible, way too much ketchup and an excessive amount of relish dumped onto the bottom bun, completely soaking it. The bun was so soggy that the hot dog literally fell apart the moment I picked it up. I specifically asked for grilled onions and received none. Overall, it looked careless and unappetizing, like zero attention was paid to how the food was prepared or presented. For something as simple as a hot dog, this was a big disappointment. I won’t be ordering food from here again. And before the generic “please contact us” response, the contact link you post under negative reviews does not work. It leads to a rejected page, so there’s no way to resolve the issue even if someone wanted to. SAVE your response unless you plan on fixing the issue.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
