  *BUYERS BEWARE* I went to Chipotle on Robert Smalls with a friend and when I paid for my bowl, they wrote b and g on the lid for my barbacoa and guac. When my friends food was being rung up, l noticed (who I'm guessing is the manager) didn't write on the lid but told the cashier it was double meat. So now I'm watching to see what happens with the next bowl and again, she didn't write on the lid and this time I watched the cashier ring up extra meat. So I kindly let him know that neither of those were supposed to be extra meat. He quietly asked the manager and she quietly responded that's considered extra and this is what he told me. I responded "but we didn't ask for extra meat on either of those". Then I watch the manager ask the boy who put the meat if we asked for double meat and he said no so they removed the charges from the bill... I already know any Chipotle you go to will try and give you the bare minimum amount of food, but to try and sneak charges while people aren't paying attention is unacceptable and people should know this is happening.

  This local had fast service and the food tasted better for some reason. Must be the added soylent green :)

  There is no consistency at this location. The food portions and quality of cooked items are never the same each visit. The sitting area is always dirty, the trash cans are always full, and the condiments/utensils are randomly available. The drive through service is worse and our meal today was the worst experience by far (after multiple visits over the past 8 months). Our food is cold and barely put together. The portions are very lacking and I wouldn’t even say this is half of the normal scoop they use. I could not even find the meat that was ordered in my bowl. The kids meals had barely any beans or rice put into each container and the quesadillas were cold. My husband’s extra tortillas were not warmed at all. Since we’ve been going here, we were told they had begun to focus on consistent portion sizes and this is definitely not the experience we’ve had. Sadly this is the worse Chipotle we’ve been too and we won’t be going back anymore.

  so honestly chipotle is definitely a hit or miss but today I went to this restaurant and I brought the food home and the rice was extremely hard meaning that it wasn’t cooked correctly every bite I took it was crunchy and disgusting .. I didn’t even eat half of the chicken bowl I ordered .. definitely don’t recommend at all .

  I’ve never left a review before but I’ve been to this chipotle 3 times and every time the portions have been astronomical. May be a some food on the floor or a grumpy employee but when they hand you a bowl that weighs 3 pounds none of that matters.
