  We keep trying to love Buffalo Wild Wings but alas, they keep disappointing us….greatly! 1) stood waiting to be seated for 5 minutes as the sign said to wait to be seated. When someone finally appeared, she told us to go ahead and take a seat wherever we wanted. That was frustrating! 2) once seated, we waited at least five minutes for a wait person to greet us. 3) I asked for a glass for my beer. They came back after a while with a plastic glass with ice as they said the bartender was busy and couldn’t get a glass. 4) we ordered the five grilled dippers. There were five little chunks of chicken, but they were not normal size chicken fingers. I said something to the waitress and she just asked if we wanted to have them cooked again. Didn’t offer us anything off our bill or for the manager to come over or an apology. The chicken fingers at Parkers gas station look better than these things! 5) we got buffalo sauce, but it didn’t taste as good as it used to be; more vinegary maybe… 6) had to ask for napkins and silverware. And, silverware was plastic in a little bag with a napkin. 7) had to ask for drink refills once we could catch the eye of the wait person. 8) as we waited and ate, we looked around at dirty tables and debris on the floor. No pre-bussing of tables…, and our cans, empty glasses and trays sat on the table until we left despite the wait person walking by….multiple times. 8) when they picked up our check there was no “have a good night” etc. I think we are done trying to love BWW.

  I was as disappointed in this place as I was my first and only other visit, 7 years ago. I ordered online for a carryout and arrived well after the ready time. My food was ready, but due to their lack of customer courtesy, I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes, merely because the employees were too busy on their phones. It would've took me 1 minute to grab my order from behind the counter, but yet, I had to wait. The bartender and the lady staff who eventually joined him both sat at the bar on their phone and I could see staff in the kitchen on their phones. The restaurant only had 1 party sitting and even the server who came out for them didn't bother to address me at the counter. Poor service. The food was even disappointing. The fries tasted old, hard, and refried. I tried something different with the Bacon-Smashed Hatch Chile Burger and it was decent. With every bite it seemed like it was missing something though, to tie the flavor together...that was a flaw by design though. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

  The Food is really great with even better service. Jaeli provided by far the best service I've ever had.

  It was VERY LOUD, so loud we could hardly talk across the table, so loud in fact we almost left. Burgers were delicious, tater tots were perfect but only a handful. Service was moderate.

  Sport fans meeting spot. Download the app to earn points every time you eat, to get free food. The street tacos are my favorite menu item. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookie and ice cream is a nice warm treat.
