Shout out to the bojangles in Beaufort at the drive thru waiting and an employee came from out back and WITH MY hand on dogs leash when she was hanging out of my window, and she barked at the employee and he threatened to shoot her. Wow what is this world coming to?

Drive-thru AI attempted to take my order, but apparently it was having an existential crisis, because it just… didn’t. We sat there for a solid 5 minutes like we were waiting for a prophecy. Eventually a human appeared. They were out of unsweet tea — which, at Bojangles, feels like being told the sun forgot to rise. Then we waited another 5 minutes for Bo Rounds that showed up soggy enough to qualify as water balloons. I ordered a 4-piece Chicken Supreme, and what I received was one lonely chicken strip and a pile of Bo Bites that looked like they were swept up off the cutting room floor. I asked for Peach Honey Pepper sauce and got honey mustard, because apparently the sauce fairy was also on break. We pulled up to the window and waited another 5 minutes. There were plenty of employees inside and zero customers… so I have no idea what they were doing. Maybe solving world peace? Certainly not making food. My husband said his chicken biscuit tasted like chemicals — which honestly might be the only consistent flavor here. If I’m only going to eat fast food once in a while, it should at least be worth it. This trip? Absolutely not worth it. Bojangles, please get it together.

Went here for dinner around 6 PM ordered a breast meal They had no problems taking my money for it, but decided not to tell me until after they were making the food that they only had chicken wings left. She knew about it while taking my order and it literally took her 15 minutes to put the order together, my macaroni and cheese was cold. My chicken was disgusting. Literally watched the cashier walk outside and sit in her car and smoke a blunt what is wrong with this place?

I never ever leave reviews, but this was a horrible experience. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with fries, a Bo bites meal with Mac and cheese, two Cajun filet biscuits, and a few sides of honey mustard via doordash. I placed my order at 8:30, and checked google to make sure I wouldn't be cutting it too close. It said they closed at 10, so I went ahead with my order. Around 9:10, my dasher calls me and says they are out of Mac and cheese and the Cajun filet biscuits. I said to replace the Mac and cheese with fries and asked if they could do a bacon egg and cheese biscuit in place of the Cajun filets. They said no because they turn the grill off at nine. Why on earth are the grills off an hour before close, and why didn't they call me themselves before the grill was turned off/when the dasher got there. Then, someone comes around the corner and said they actually did have two filets left for the biscuits. Okay whatever, just do the biscuits and replace the Mac and cheese with fries. I can also barely hear my dasher, on the phone, over the sound of all of the workers yelling. Fast forward to my order getting here. The chicken on my sandwich and the Bo bites were so tough. We could barely bite into them. We only got one order of fries, which were cold, and no honey mustard. I spent $50 on this order and it was barely edible. I have worked in food service since I was old enough to work. I am usually super understanding, but this was just a super frustrating experience.
