  There was a very disrespectful gentleman working the window tonight, I understand he may have been stressed seemed like he may have been on his own and new. I ordered two medium teas and was given smalls, I politely reminded him I had mediums not smalls, he advised me that this is the medium size and pointed to the cup saying it was a medium for a soft drink and kept asking me if I wanted a large, I told him no that if these were the mediums than these were the mediums and left it at that, I didn’t want to argue just wanted what I paid for.

  Better be careful when eating here. Most recent visit the girl rang up 3 large cokes and one medium coke. I knew I don’t order medium coke and know from past experience that they are charging people more than order is for. I got to the window and girl says $32 and some change. I said I did not order a medium coke and she said medium is not on there and my total was $29 and some change. I asked for a receipt and she closed the window, turned her back and wouldn’t open it back or acknowledge me hollering for the receipt. I pulled up and asked guy at 2nd window for receipt and I said she had 4 drinks on my order and I only ordered 3. He said we charged you for 2 large and one medium. Sure enough the receipt he gave me showed 2 large cokes and one medium. But that is not what my order on the screen said when I placed it. They were going to take one drink off and pocket the $3. This same thing has happened to my husband twice as he paid cash and they told him more at the first window and he asked for a receipt and they had charged him $3 more than the receipt each time and pocketed the money. Think about it…if they do this to 100 people they are pocketing $300 a day….food was ok but they need to fire and rehire the entire place. That is flat out stealing peoples hard earned money. The managers are fully aware this is going on at this location.

  Batesburg McDonald’s is running quiet the scam.I ordered and went to the first window and paid with cash.I thought the amount sounded high so I asked for my reciept.The lady looked shocked and confused before answering the machine is broken thst prints the receipt.So I pulled to the second window to get my food and told the young lady that the other window said her machine was broken and she couldn’t give me a receipt.I explained I thought she had charged me to much and told her what the total was she charged me.She said do what? Broken,she went back their and came back within 10-20 seconds with my reciept and 2 one dollar bills,and said I’m so sorry .She told the manager and I saw the manager go back there.I made a post on Facebook,about my experience and several others said the very same thing had happened to them,so it’s not just me.The lady is pocketing a couple bucks off every order,or atleast the cash ones for sure.Stay away ,they are rude and thieves.The food is good it’s normal McDonald’s food,good.But customer service sucks and even worse they steal your money on top of fowl treatment.The manager is aware of the scam
