  We stopped at this Wendy’s and ordered two apple pecan salads. I asked for my chicken on the side since I’m vegetarian and was just going to give it to my wife. They put the chicken on my salad anyway. When I went to pick it off, it was honestly shocking. Some of the pieces were so hard they felt like rocks. I ended up tossing them out the window and you could literally hear them hit the ground and bounce like marbles. On top of that, they only gave us one bag of pecans and one dressing for two salads. When I brought it back, one employee tried to hand the same salads back to me. The manager did remake them, but wouldn’t come out to talk. And despite everything, they still rushed and put chicken on my replacement salad again. At that point I just gave up and didn’t eat it. I should have known at the window it was going to be bad; my wife wanted a chocolate frosty and they tried to give us strawberry. A strange mixup. Really disappointing experience, especially for something as simple as a couple salads.

  Order took a long time to receive and then was missing items. Went back to get them and was ignored for 10 minutes.

  Under cooked chicken 30 min drive thru experience The really bad thing is this is not the first time I've had this experience. I was hoping things had changed so I stopped in on the way home from Charlotte. Man was i wrong!

  I arrived a few minutes after 10am, today March 20, I was stunned at the inviting atmosphere. The staff had decorated for. Easter (Resurrection Sunday ) the calming music playing, you know if one was having a bad day the afore mentioned specialties would calm them, if not the smiling, professional team working to meet customers needs , along with the Great Tasty Food will definitely cause, even Mr Scrooge to change his thinking. I even took a few pics of the great decorations. April will mark 1 year since I lost my wife, after nearly 43 years of marriage. So yes, I was down today, but the Christ like atmosphere and that wonderful and kind staff, caused me to give thanks for the time I had with her. Now 61, I was 15 when she and I met, so Thank You for everything and again the food was amazing! With Love, Johnny Florence, SC

  Screwed up all 62 dollars worth of food… no chicken on the salads, wrong lettuce used, made me wait for fresh nuggets and gave me half of them, along with OLD cold fries, screwed up the new burger but not adding the cheese, even their chili was disgusting! Rude lady working in DT acting like we were bothering her by picking up our order. 3/08/26 about 215pm ETA requesting a refund through my bank since franchise owner couldn’t respond to corporates request to reach out to me to resolve the issue.
