- PAPatricia AlstonJan 2, 20261.0I visited this restaurant on 1/1/26 at 5:30p. The young lady was eating her sandwich and when we walked in she got up and put her food up. She didn't wash her hands. Everyone in there was NOT pleasant. One worker asked why all these people in here. Just because it's New Years that doesn't mean everyone wants to eat hopping John and collards. Customer service means A LOT to me. To the owner please train your workers about Customer Service!! Oh yeah the sandwich was NOT GOOD.
- SMStephen McalisterSep 1, 20251.0We ordered online and got our food and asked for certain extra vegetables and were told we could only get 8 pickles max then didn’t have but 2 kinds of cookies also claimed they couldn’t scan my app QR code for 700 points the food was thrown together very poorly made to where you could t really taste anything on the sandwich so we spent over $65 for a very big disappointment The staff’s attitudes are horrible but almost disrespectful I really hope they can get everything corrected so we can have a proper experience
