  Today I placed a mobile order for this location. I ordered a biggie bag junior bacon and a Cinnabon pull apart. Upon arrival heavily tattooed lady told the person packing the order to make sure it was a junior bacon, which that person did not do. I get out to my car and check the order and I have a burger with heavy mayo and onions. I walk back inside and nicely let them know my order was incorrect. Instead of giving me a new freshly made junior bacon they took the onions off and threw bacon and tomato on it. The bun is hard as a rock and the Cinnabons are as well. I didn’t bother going back in because they were very rude the first time. Will not be back. Practice better customer service. For all they knew I could be allergic to onions. Very inconsiderate.

  Good, I got a biggie bag cause I was hungry, the ony bad thing my husband somehow lost his debit card, no problem it was canceled.

  So, my sister just spent $40 on her order and did not recieve her damn good. Customer service was shit!!! Do better!

  Wendys is usually pretty reliable for a decent burger or sandwich to get by, but I have stopped here twice in the last month and both times were terrible. Literally order just a sandwich and it was wrong both times. The second visit, the bread was stale and disgusting. I know this is definitely a case of the specific location being poorly operated.
