  Worst customer service ever! Went inside, doors unlocked, customers sitting down, 9:45pm, and I got “greeted” with a nasty “were closed on the inside!” The dinning area doesn’t close till 10pm, I then had to politely let them know I’m just picking up a door dash and said the name, she then tells me “we dont have that one”, i see it literally sitting on the counter, repeat the name, spell it out, then she responds with the wrong pronunciation on the name with a nasty attitude and remark of “thats how you say it”. I corrected her, she tossed the bag at me and the drinks and walks away. Worst customer service I have ever received!

  The food and service was good. The only thing was my daughter received a bottle of chocolate milk that had already been opened! It was fixed with no problems but made us uneasy about coming back!

  The workers here are awful. They have never once gotten my order right, and i have always been very specific, enunciated properly, and spoken loud enough. They just don't care enough to listen and take the correct order. Definitely go to the other Wendy's, not this one.
