  Came here for a door dash order, door says “Delivery drivers please come inside for pick-up 10am-12am” it’s 10pm and all the doors are locked, the cashier ignores me like I’m not standing there then doesn’t answer the intercom. Had to cancel the order and not receive my pay because someone didn’t want to work while being paid.

  Made two orders through drive-through and had a mobile order that was already paid for and would not hand it to me

  We ate here supper and the food was hot and fresh. The associates were nice and we got the food quick. The tacos were good. They did need a little more meat for my liking, but they still were not bad.

  Doing cross country bike tour for MS awareness, Husband is disabled the entire staff started attacking him for having his service dog,dog had service vest on my husband has MS need his dog they were telling him he couldn't walk to the soda machine to get our son a soda and the dog had to stay at the chair they were trying to segregate him and threatened to kick him out so we just left someone needs to teach them the law before you get sued...these people need fired should not be working in costumer service I called corporate and will be following up, then they walk out and had us a bag of food for our 3 years old threw it in the trash I wouldn't eat anything these people touched that entire first shift needs replaced

  Whether i'm going through the drive thru or inside, the service is ALWAYS great, along with the food. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Never rushing people at the speaker, always going above and beyond. I've noticed the time of day, the shift and the staff- it doesn't matter, they always give the best service and food. If another taco bell is more convenient/on my way, i go out of my way to come to this specific one bc i know the experience is worth it each time❤
