The black lady that works here is very rude and puts vinegar on your sandwich without u asking for it. Smells like chemicals instead of fresh vegetables. Bacon looks old and dried out.

3/23/26 Shoutout to the female employee who made sure I was okay and gave me advice when I came in to ask for cam footage of the main road after being rear ended (first time having to file a report) at about 3 PM. She was so sweet and kind, even though I wasn't a customer that day. She even let me use the restroom to get my wits together after the whole incident. Additionally when I walked in the lobby and bathroom were both very clean! Idk what she makes but she needs a bonus or something because not every worker for a fast food place would show this kind of compassion unfortunately

I accidentally placed an order at this location while I was at work and immediately called once I realized my mistake. I was told the sandwiches had already been made and that I would need to speak with the manager the next morning. When I came in, this morning a little after 9:40am, I explained that I understood I made the mistake and was not asking for a refund. I simply asked if one of the two sandwiches could be remade because I wasn’t comfortable giving a sandwich that had potentially been sitting out to my pregnant wife. I was willing to take the other one myself. The manager agreed to remake one sandwich, but it did not include all of the original toppings or the bottled drink that was part of my order. When I politely asked for the second sandwich that had been made the day before (since I was still willing to take it), she became visibly upset, looked at me and said, “The sandwich was no good for you a second ago but now it’s good for you,” and threw it into the trash. I was not asking for special treatment. I wasn’t demanding a refund. I was simply trying to ensure my pregnant wife’s food was safe. The way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily hostile and dismissive. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed, especially considering I had spent $38 and approached the situation respectfully. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should feel spoken to or treated that way for a reasonable request.I accidentally placed an order at this location while I was at work and immediately called once I realized my mistake.
