  Only giving one star because there is no option for 0. I dont live in this town amd I did a mobile order and they didnt put any lettuce on anything in my order. I called the manager on duty and she was screaming thst there are signs and the kid at the window is telling people that they have no lettuce. He did not say anything because I would have cancelled. So to tell me that she is listening to him is a lie he didnt tell me. Why would I want tacos with just meet and cheese. You guys habe awful customer service and starts with your management.

  Came back to try it again, and it was a lot better. The lady up front took my order and was very nice. The food came out quickly and was hot. The tacos had plenty of meat. Good job! I want to start out by stating that my food was hot and it was not bad. I did struggle some with the kiosk when ordering my food. I personally believe someone should be at the counter greeting and helping customers when ordering food (may be old fashion). I also had to wait about ten minutes for three soft shell tacos and they were not that busy. They had one to go order several pick up orders in front of me. In all fairness, once one of the associates seen me standing there, she asked what I had and made my order immediately. Overall not bad and the food was not bad. If not for the items listed above I would have given this review a 4 star.

  The woman running the drive through this evening on New Year's Eve did and always does an outstanding job. She definitely needs a raise. As a Door Dasher, I was waiting on 3 orders and I was out of there within 20 minutes. That is literally unheard of anywhere else in this entire town. Furthermore, I came back for food later, and I was in and out within 15 minutes, while there was nearly 20 cars in line. For Gods sake, give her a raise. With all that being said, the kitchen staff also did amazing! Without them keeping up, she would be struggling, and without her keeping up, they would be struggling. This entire establishment literally kept Anderson fed this evening. Happy New year!!!
