Bread was stale, dry, and hard. The meatball sandwich was cold as the grave. One of the meatballs was actually desiccated and hard. The foreign flavors in the cold cut combo were something I've never experienced before; somewhere between chemical and spoiled, or both because there were multiple. Staff was courteous, but I won't be back. I tried leaving comments on the website, but you're only allowed a single concern to select. I got an email that my feedback had been shared and then immediately after that another email saying my concern had been resolved. Really?! They included a block to detail any additional concerns but it doesn't capture the text and you can't send it. I'm actually kind of impressed that a brand can fail at so many different opportunities in a single experience.

Nasty saw her touch several times with her gloves on then grab at her cap with the same gloves on and still make people sandwich that is so disgusting and Unsanitary in so many ways after Constantly swipe at her arms and cause her hoodie was to big and pulling on her cap I walked out without even ordering

I saw the sign said under new management so thought I would try again. I felt so bad for the only employee in there working. She even stopped to call her manager. They need help. Won't be back

Shay was an absolute pleasure to interact with. She was very polite and made each order perfectly. Dining room is very clean and well stocked.
