    I felt like maybe we were intruding. The employees saw us and proceeded like we were not waiting. Ten minutes before we were ever spoken to and able to order.

    I love Panera, don’t get me wrong. Susan is a positively lovely individual as is everyone that works there. Angelic people. But the avocado toast was absolutely foul. Disgusting. There was only a small smear on the bread, but 90 percent of it was inedible rock-hard avocado pieces that made me gag. I had to pick out the hard pieces (not ripe yet???) one by one, and it left me with maybe 50 cents worth of avocado on the bread left, if even that. And what was left tasted like the inside of a refrigerator. I was so disappointed. And I’m still hungry. :/ Extremely unhappy.

    This was my first experience at this location, and it will be my last. They served me an inedible, burnt grilled cheese. This should never have been given to a customer. Very disappointed.
