This McDonald's is terrible unless you are picking up a DoorDash. Otherwise their customer service is terrible. They ignore you when you are at the counter, they never apologize for messing up your order and the drive is constantly parked (which means they walk from car to car asking what order you had, grossly unsanitary)

Drive thru worker was either not trained properly or just plain out dumb. Using the mobile app has never been difficult. I come to this location often only because it is near my house. There is always a long line at the microphone but when you go around there is no one in line. 9 times out of 10 they are pulling everyone to the drive thru waiting lanes where you will wait 10+ minutes and pray they don't leave anything out. If you have time to drive a few more miles to the next McDonald's, I would recommend you do that!!

Trash customer service!! Waited a whole hour for our food and one frappe still nothing was correct! Went inside to get my frappe they forgot and no one once asked if anyone needed help with anything!! And there was a line of people!! TRASH service! DO BETTER!!

Didn’t get frappe. Ice Carmel coffee was completely wrong. No whip cream, no extra Carmel. Big breakfast no maple syrup. And on top of that waited for 40 min. Ordered at 9:25 didn’t get food until 10:02 after going in there and getting it. This is not the first time I come and get coffee at least once a day and they can’t even follow the directions for how I want it. Instead of french vanilla they put hazelnut. I will not be coming back anymore. Oh and the woman taking the order huffing and puffing.

This place is a mess. Getting everyone’s orders wrong. Waited 30 mins and then there was a hair in my biscuit. Said they were waiting on my hashbrowns but then didn’t even put my hashbrowns in the bag. lady behind the counter was getting mad and mouthing off when people complained about their order being wrong. Saying ‘people keep asking me questions’. Well duh, you are a worker here.
