  Cold fries. They replaced mustard with mayonnaise on all burgers for some reason.

  The cashier in the drive thru, I believe name of Angel, was very polite, said yes mam and have blessed day. So refreshing to hear teenagers talk like that. Nuggets were under done but restaurant smelled clean, looked clean and parking lot looked clean.

  I want to love it and at times it does hit the spot. And I really try not to review places where I know the quality just isn't there but gosh it just really sucks that every time I order here they get it wrong. Missing an item or 2 or making something wrong. Once in awhile is excusable but every single time...... yes, I know, go somewhere else people will say but sometimes I chance it and everytime I am disappointed. This time I just felt like It was time to share the disappointment mental. Missing 2 apple pies, cold fries, and burgers that were to be plain included everything.

  The manager Pam in this store is absolutely miserable. She is always mad about something. She always has a nasty attitude and frown on her face. And a slick mouth to go along with it. She doesn't act professional at all.She doesn't greet the customers when they come inside. The orders are always wrong. Then she has a "bigger" attitude when you bring it to her attention. I can guarantee you that she has RAN off a ton of customers. Looking at people as if they have wronged her, just by coming. If she is that unhappy with her job. Why not find another job? I know that dealing with the public is not an easy job. Still, I don't see how in the world that she remains to be a manager or supervisor. Corporate needs to run back their cameras in the store and see how she really act. Run those cameras back and see that this female has no business managing anything. McDonald's on Greenville Street in Anderson S.C must be desperate for help. Desperate enough to put up with someone disrespecting their customers. From now on I will go to another store! Absolutely Ridiculous 😡🤡💩

  Staff yelled at me to come get my drink and Frappe, very rude. When I wasn’t given my sauce they didn’t believe us, said we only ordered one. Which we did not receive. The fries were severely under salted. And the ranch cup I was given tastes expired…I’m more upset with the aggressive attitude by the staff vs the food. I’m disabled. I ordered in so I could sit, not be yelled at to get my drinks.
