  Disappointed. I went a couple of weeks ago, ordered an “unwich”- I get home and there’s ZERO meat on there so I called, went back and they remade it for me. They gave me a coupon for a free sub on my next visit which was really nice. I went today and they got my order wrong again LOL. I ordered an unwich again and this time they made it with bread. It was free so not the end of the world but 2 times in a row the wrong order?!

  Never even ate here. Pulled in the drive thru the guy was immediately rude and had no customer service. I asked if I could look at the menu and he was a complete smartass. I’m pregnant and asked could he heat up any meat for me without it being toasted he said no. He did not want to serve me to begin with. I see now that’s why you have 3 stars and no one is ever in the parking lot. It’s a shame.

  First experience at Jimmy John's in for my mother and I. We had the Italian night club and the beach club. The friendly staff cut them in half so we could share. After eating S****y for so long I now have a sub shop that I will return to. Absolutely yummy 😋

  Me and fiance love the sandwiches they are delicious very healthy perfect customer service very clean I just hate we don't have a home close to them there out our delivery range and our work schedule it's hard to travel across town as much as we want. Because we would be there everyday 😔🍴
