Didn't receive proper burger order. Definitely had gotten someone else's burger, which I'm sure they were more upset than I was since there's had bacon on it in mine was a basic burger. I'm assuming it was the pick up that left as I was picking mine up. Went back up showed him the receipt and that it was like completely totally different Burger than what I had ordered and asked to be made. The guy took the receipt and said they would change the burger. The issue comes in is my receipt got put at the last of the burgers that were being made at that point. So I had first waited for my meal to be fixed to begin with. Then I had to wait until the people behind me had all their burgers made before they even attempted to get mine made. I had been gone back to my table waited probably another 5 minutes to go back to the counter to ask where my burger was. Then still had to wait until 2 mintues. At this point my fries are getting cold, the person I was there eating with had completed their meal because I don't want their meal to get cold waiting on my burger to be remade. After standing at the counter again for approximately 2 minutes, it was they are now having to cook the burger to make mine. That is very poor customer service. Once you are notified that a burger was not made correctly that should have been the first Burger put out right then. That is not correct that I have to wait until the people after me had ordered theirs get theirs after I have already waited to get mine to begin with. So after I finally got it, I had to sit there with the person I was with watch me finish eating my meal because they have been completely finished. It's not hard. Better training. That is all it takes. The burger I ordered was a very basic Burger you get at most places, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise that was it. It should have only taken less than 2 minutes to put that together and give it back to me, as I stood up there. No I'm not interested in going back at this point ever. And when I got it the cheese was cold how is cheese cold between two pieces of hot meat I don't know. Need better customer service and understanding how to fix a problem when you cause a problem. Of course I got the oh I'm sorry, but it doesn't change the fact that it was a very poor service. And whoever got my burger was probably ticked because the wrong burger I received only had pickles mustard and bacon. And I'm pretty sure you have to pay more for bacon. It is way overpriced to start. And the reason why I didn't just eat the wrong Burger is, I have some age on me. Bacon and I aren't friends anymore unfortunately. Lol

Very disappointing experience - burgers and fries were ok (not great), but the sodas were terrible - way too carbonated and watery. After another customer mentioned the same, I mentioned it to the manager. She said she would adjust it and after that, we all tried it again and it was the same over-carbonated soda - undrinkable. The manager said "sorry" and walked away. Seriously? A soda at $2.89 x 2...almost $6 for nothing and I get a sorry? At a minimum I would have expected a refund or some accomodation...but just a "sorry? Given a $34 meal - two cheeseburgers, one small fry and two drinks - we will NOT BE USING FIVE GUYS AGAIN.

I’m not sure why online ordering is even offered if the order won’t be prepared on time. I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order online, only to wait an additional 15 minutes for the staff to make a large order of fries. The fries were clearly rushed and were still raw on the inside when I received them. Very disappointing experience. $8+ for raw fries
