The food quality wad better than I was expecting so that was a nice surprise. The breadsticks were particularly good. The girl at the window was on her cell phone. The girl just stared at us sitting at the window and went on talking on her phone. No acknowledgment. No smile. Finally she opened the window and asked for payment. It felt like we were bothering her. I would have left but I wanted to teach my granddaughter to be kind. We had two cars in front of us and it took approximately 15 to 20 minutes. I will not be returning to Fazoli's. We will give our hard earned money to an establishment that treats us well. Whoever designed the drive thru should think about changing profession! Go see for yourself. It's ridiculous!
