Ridiculously long wait of at least 25 minutes. One person serving customers, including register duty. Seems to be grossly understaffed… The store was a mess - garbage, cans, overflowing, no utensils, no napkins, dirty tables everywhere. Definitely worst chipotle experience ever.

This chipotle has to be the worst one I’ve ever been to. They’re always out of stuff. They don’t tell you when you pick up your food, but still charge you Extra for Items then want to get an attitude like you’re the problem when you say something about it I’m actually surprised this chipotle has a 3.5 star review and not lower

I don’t even know where to begin. The three people that work there looked absolutely miserable. There were no drinks, no silverware, every single table was dirty with food all over it and spilt drinks underneath. The dude that was cooking chicken on the grill was scratching his head and touching himself all over his body. If there was a manager in this place, they must’ve been tied up in the back room somewhere. This place needs to be shut down.

Inside was a mess. 2 people ahead of me and I waited 30 minutes to be served. Out of rice, fajitas, and steak. No ice in drink machine and then out of regular size lids. 1 girl running the line with 2 workers not helping. Burrito wasn’t rolled when I got home. Then I ordered chips and queso and of course it’s missing the side of the queso I paid for. Then I chat to customer service on the phone who doesn’t even work at any location and is just a call center. Last time he had issues at this location I also called customer service saying the location would call me back which they never did. So I’m sure I will once again not receive a call back for a refund or remake:)
