There was no line so we were close to the register where staff was congregated talking about their personal lives which they continued as we waited to order.. Our cashier had so many piercings in her face and not sure what color faded green hair. They all had different ideas about how to take our order and ring us up. We weren't directed where to proceed and had to wait for our cashier to come down and give us our cups to get our drinks. The dining area wad empty, so there were plenty of places to sit. The music playing was a mix of rap and rock and roll that was very off putting. The food was good, but as i was putting away my tray the trash can was fithy around the rim where you dump your tray out. I stopped to go to the bathroom on my way out and wished I hadn't. The floors were filthy. The little trash cans in the stall were dusty on top and overflowing. I really like bojangles but I won't eat inside this one again.
