  Absolutely the last time I'll give this place a chance. I pulled up to the drive thru, gave my order, then pulled around to the window. Not a single word was spoken since the staff inside were too busy laughing and talking to each other and they just took my credit card then handed it back with my drink and the box of food. I get home 15 minutes later to realize that the order was completely wrong. Like not even remotely close. But I guess you can't expect people to let their job come in between their social hour with their coworkers. Silly me.

  Food is always fresh & hot but it makes me want to drive off when I pull up to the drive thru & hear “order when you’re ready” what happen to “welcome to no time”

  I normally do not leave negative reviews. I wanted to check out Bojangles here in Anderson and a young woman (unfortunately I never got her name) at the register with red-dyed hair and facial piercings was very rude. I kindly told her that I was just going to take a moment and look at the menu and decide on what I want and she said "Take your time or leave!" and I thought was weird but brushed it off and then when I finally decided what I want, I told her and she joking responded "No!" and complained about being tired. Like, seriously? I felt disgusted and left. Never going back to your restaurant again. Thank you.

  ordered hot chicken ar 638 pm bobox with sides it is now 721 pm still no chicken . I witnessed your employee sneeze in her hand with no gloves dipped potatoes and with her other hand wiped her nose. no gloves I also witnessed another one of your employee wipe the dining room floor with a napkin and went to dip food with no gloves. the time is 725pm and we're still waiting todsys date is December 13 2025.

  It’s not a big deal that it was a extremely long wait for food, but the deceitfulness of me picking up a DoorDash order and the receipt conveniently being in places out, the bag is suspect to me. When I arrived at the store, they informed me that it will be 11 minutes before the order was ready, and so I waited in contact the support and let them know that I would still do the order. It was well over 11 minutes before the order was ready Which again is fine because that means the food is fresh for the customer. My issue is the receipt being placed inside the bag so that I was unable to take a picture of it. I know why the young lady did this and it is because I know that the receipt is time stamped on when they received it and they were delayed and she didn’t want to ding against the stores record I suppose. Again, this has nothing to do with the longevity of the meal prep, nor does it necessarily have anything to do with the attitude of the young lady who placed the receipt inside the bag. It’s purely the deceitfulness of doing that.
