  It’s 1140 and they don’t have grilled chicken sandwich’s. Whoever is running this one needs to be fired.

  Whoever is at the window is being extremely rude , she yelled my total at me and just gave me a dirty look she needs to work on her people skills. Normally yall have the most friendly staff and its a good experience but not to day

  I thought this location was getting better, but I guess they just wanted to prove me wrong today. It really sucks feeling like I’m taking a coin flip every time I go there just to see if the service will be good or not. I spent like $4 on a large fry, but apparently they ran out of large fry containers. So their GENIUS decision was to just dump the fries straight into a box and call it a large. I kid you not, I got what looked like a small fry amount. That really wouldn’t matter if they at least made it right, because SURELY they would just apologize and give me more fries after I spent $4, right? Nope. They straight-up argued with me that I got “enough” fries. Completely disrespectful and lazy staff. On top of that, they also forgot a few items in my order. Chicken was good but that’s about it. Service is crap. A simple solution for the problems at this location would just be to not hire everyone who applies, because right now it feels like they’re just hiring people who sit around, moan when they have to do their jobs, and stay on their phones.

  I just wanted to give a shout out to the Bojangles on 81 especially drive-thru mainly the guy working the drive-thru window E very positive attitude and very friendly

  The food was terrible and the staff was rude definitely never coming here again
