Bojangles is our go-to for chicken and biscuits, but this time, they dropped the ball. Visited this location last night, April 26th, around 8:00. We ordered 2 of the 3 piece boxes that come with 2 sides. I was disappointed that they were out of Cole Slaw, but I understand that sometimes things run out. When we got home, we were short a chicken thigh, a side of potatoes and gravy, and the two biscuits looked like they had been run over. Very flat. Not big and fluffy like they normally are. I tried calling the store 5 times but only got a recording each time, so that was really frustrating! No receipt was given, and the two boxes were just handed to us, whereas they are usually placed in a bag.

9 AM and no special 2for$5 available. Very seldom is what is on special ever available. Bait and switch comes to mind

Went through the drive thru and had to be asked to pull in a park space next to two other vehicles.. Waited 20 minutes before someone come out to ask each car what they had, asked twice.. Finally come out with the first two cars food.. Another few minutes go by, they bring our food out, without our drinks and had to tell them what drinks we ordered.. Finally got everything, pulled off and we didn't even get my boyfriends whole meal he ordered.. That is absolutely ridiculous all the way around.. It's fast food for a reason and I understand things happen and places are short staffed but it's uncalled for making someone wait 20mins or longer an them not even get their whole meal they ordered.. I don't know the guy that come out and handed us our order, asked each car what they ordered etc but he was on top of it. The rest of the workers were moving slow, not wearing gloves while preparing the food.. He literally told us he walked into a mess.. He deserves to be recognized but we didn't get his name.. but I want to thank that young man..

The employees were friendly and worked very well together. Johnathan my cashier was extremely nice and tried to help me save money. He told me about the specials they were running. The store was clean and organized. Food was hot and fresh. I will go back to this place.

Here's the way I generally feel about all Bojangles, but since this one's closest to home, it's getting my review: (1) The food is good and consistent, for a fast food place. (2) The building usually feels dirty and sticky. (3) They tend to throw stuff into the to-go bag haphazardly, so that *all* your fries are bag fries (it's weird how every Bojangles does that). (4) They have a tendency of forgetting to give you utensils and even straw. And (5), which prompts today's review, they just give you the wrong stuff sometimes cuz it seems like either they're not paying attention or the kitchen environment is so chaotic they don't have the bandwidth left for another task. I asked for the supreme combo, they asked which "Fixin'" I want, I said dirty rice, they gave me seasoned fries instead (which are being pretty brutal on my mouth ulcers today btw) even though the receipt still says dirty rice, and I didn't realize until I'm too far away to bother turning around to go ask them to change it. I will say, there was one lady who worked there once, and maybe still does, who was always really consistent, helpful, and friendly. I think her name was Lily, but I don't remember. And a couple months ago there was a young man working the night shift who was really put together, friendly, helpful, and was genuinely apologetic about not having a certain item readily available. I don't usually jump to giving reviews when I'm dissatisfied, but since it's a regular occurence and my mouth was in so much pain as a result of it today, I thought it was worth saying something, in hopes that it'll change the problem. Thank you.
