  Order is always messed up after coming here numerous times I’ve resorted to only going to whiskey. On top of that extremely rude, they do not care what so ever about their customers. Especially some girl with reddish hair in a bun, a bit chunky, i didn’t get her name but she was working window around 11 pm when I pulled up on may 1st. VERY rude

  I don't know what has happened to Wendy's. The last few times I've been in both of the ones in Aiken. One of my biggest concerns is that employees handling food are unkempt.

  When I arrived on 4/15/26 at 11:28pm to the Richland Ave location there were 2 cars ahead of me, one at the intercom and the other waiting to order. It took 20 plus minutes for someone to take the order for the car at the intercom. When my turn came to order, I had two separate orders, I was told I couldn't do separate orders and to put them all on one ticket, they had no ice, and as long as we were waiting for our food I seriously thought we were waiting because they were making fresh food. Got my food, the fries were entirely to hard and the burger felt like it came fresh out the cooler. Went back around and and asked that my food be made over because it was cold. They cooked me some fries and gave me back the cold burger. Now this location breakfast crew always be on point but after that they are the most unorganized, unprofessional set of individuals ever. They need better management and a better crew cause they were all rude!!!!

  The lady at the window dropped my change right into my food. The germs money carries are unreal. You really can’t make this stuff up. Where do they find these people? The sad part is she definitely should’ve known better — she’s over 50,
