  we asked to change the items before we paid and they said they wouldn’t do it for us because they were were “busy” and it wasn’t even a remake just a change.

  I'm very picky, I'm sorry. Due to this i always place a mobile order in advance (even though the way Tavo Bell's mobile ordering works they still don't make it until you arrive). They're always busy, but rarely is the wait more than 7 or 8 minutes if you're behind several other customers. Locally they get the order correct more often than all the other fast food spots. They even manage to get all my personalizations correct. They're always polite & friendly at the window despite being constantly busy on their feet.

  Amazing service, great food, very friendly staff always makes my day stopping here thank you to Megan and Vivian for their amazing service :)
