  Please know this is not a good place to eat horrible workers absolutely no respect. Stay in the back. It’s terrible service. May the owners work harder to find better workers, I suggest you higher older people? You would make a whole lot more money paying an older person a little bit more money than what’s going on in this place in Aiken at exit 18 , off I 20 on Highway 19…..🙏🏼✝️🙏🏼

  The workers were very rude. I ordered an online order just for them to start working on it 30 minutes after I got there with no apology or anything!

  Assistant manager hangs out in the dining area on her phone instead of being busy behind the counter even when there are customers waiting on her, and there's mold in their bread cabinet, like have they cleaned it out ever???

  12/19/2025 @1:20pm two employees in the back washed dishes or did something while I patiently waited at the counter. After a literal 6 minutes (and never having waited this long at a subway) i started calling out "hello" increasing my volume until the seventh one finally an employee came out to the counter to help me. I ordered two footlongs and it took SO LONG to get the messiest, grossest, meat and vegetable soup slop smooshed between two pieces of bread. I am not picky. I will eat just about anything. When I say the amount of mustard and mayo on this sandwich was enough to drown a medium sized dog i am not exaggerating, I wish I was. Was only talked to once and randomly told in the middle of my sandwich servicing "people don't know it but we do take EBT here". I am genuinely concerned and this is just making sandwiches 🥲
