  This isn’t a place to go for good value for your money. You go here because you like the food not the quantity or the cost. In my opinion, there’s never enough food for the money. I felt the service at the cash register was hurried. Not helpful. I expect more chicken in my Fuji apple chicken salad. And I expect more soup in my bowl of soup. I don’t think there was a cup. Next time I’ll measure. The server is filling. The order are forgetful, distracted or just didn’t read the order correctly. I asked for extra dressing on the side and they forget, requiring me to make another trip back-up to the counter. That’s not good service to me. Sometimes I order extra bread. They forget and I have to go back up and remind them they owe me a piece of bread. I ranked this place a low three. I expect this place to go out of business soon because people like me will just stop going any orders but wonder why. Read my review and you’ll know why you’re overpriced.

  Every time I go here and order a French onion soup, it never comes with anything. Just broth and onions. Where is the cheese? Croutons? I don’t want dipping sauce for a French dip as a soup. Rant over

  The staff that we encountered was very nice. They must have been busy before we got there as this was the dirtiest Panera Bread I've ever been in. Almost walked out but the kitchen area looked clean. Tables, floors, beverage area were all dirty with food crumbs and sticky stuff. Not typical for Panera
