Ordered my food and the cashier was unprofessional and didn't give me a receipt. My fries looked like they had been refried and my sandwich...don't even want to talk about the sandwich. The chicken part of the sandwich was burnt and looked old. Mind you this is the peak of lunch time that I was at this particular Wendy's. I take my food back and asked for the manager so I could get a refund. She told me I couldn't get my money back but offered to make me a fresh sandwich. I didn't want anymore of their awful food. I just wanted my money back. So I didn't argue and agreed to get a fresh sandwich. BIG MISTAKE!!! The sandwich was not fresh and the lettuce was withered on the sandwich. And then she had the nerves to say she gave me a fresh batch of fries. Where was the 'fresh'? They looked just like the first order of fries I had...stale, burnt, and limped!!!! I should of checked my food both times before I left the restaurant. Lesson well learned. Highly disappointed!!!
