  ***Update to my review*** Circling back to give Tropical Smoothie 5 stars. The owner reached out by phone and gave me the points. Not only that, I received a $10.00 gift card from Tropical Smoothie. You all are the best! The food is great, but contacting customer service via the app is difficult. I'm still waiting to hear back on a case I submitted 3 weeks ago.

  I’ve been to this smoothie spot four days in a row, and every single time the smoothies have been consistently delicious. The flavor, the texture, everything — perfectly the same each visit, which says a lot about their quality and consistency. A special shoutout to Autumn, who took my order the most! After taking my order on the second day, she looked up and said, “Jackie, right?” That level of attention and customer service is rare and genuinely appreciated. She’s friendly, welcoming, and makes the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself is clean, organized, and has a great atmosphere. Even the restrooms are spotless, which tells you they take pride in the entire space, not just what’s in the cup. Great smoothies, great service, and such a consistently pleasant experience — definitely one of my favorite stops when I’m in town!

  My first time having a smoothie was a couple days ago and I’m hooked!! The Mango is my fav. I have also tried their jerk chicken wrap which is delicious.

  The staff needs to be trained they have NO customer service skills. They do not say a single word to you when you walk in, they don’t tell you your total. They do not know how to handle change if you give it to them after the open the till. Very rude customer service.
