The manager working on the night of 2-16-26 said they ran out of newyorker boxes so they cut it in half and put half in each box. I diddn't think much of it till i got home and opened the boxes to find out that what I recieved wasn't newyorkers. They cut an old large hand tossed pepperoni in half that someone probably diddnt come to pick up and put it in 2 different boxes along with the cheese newyorker I ordered aswell. I know this because I combined the boxes of pizza and it fit perfectly fine in one box, the pizzas were cold and looked like they had been sitting out for awhile, they were both cut into 8 slices instead of 6 like they are supposed to. Also the pepperoni new yorker that I ordered diddn't have crispy cut pepperoni or the sweet marinara sauce that it usually comes with. They were both lacking the parmesan-oregano seasoning aswell. Little do they know I was a manager at pizza hut before and I've made newyorkers on a regular basis, I know how the pizzas are supposed to be made. I Won't ever come to this pizza hut location ever again thats for sure. The next time I order a pizza its gonna be from the little caesars across the street.
