I got a hint of chai mostly ice and very little caramel drizzle even though I paid extra for the whip an caramel. There was no fresh shot of espresso it was a tiny cup of old coffee. I was so disappointed, I didn't even go back. I just threw it all away. Won't be returning..spend your money at Starbucks, it's worth it.

When I called corporate all they offered me was a remake on my coffee. As if I’d ever want another one from this establishment. The lady that made my coffee had very long hair that was not tied back. Very dissatisfied and disgusted. Oh and if you’re wondering why I didn’t contact the restaurant directly, I tried and tried but of course their phone line don’t work.
