I get to the box and I’ll wait approximately about three minutes. Nobody says anything so I finally say “hello” and the lady on the other side said “I already asked what you wanna order two times but what do you want?” Just nasty!!!

Unfortunately, I am sad to say I will most likely not be returning in the evenings and will not be recommending evening trips. I order 1 large iced Decaf and 1 large regular with Mocha, Cream, and liquid sugar. IF the "usual crew", the ones that know me by the sound of my truck and know my order are NOT working in the evening..... It is a gamble if I get Iced Tea instead of Decaf OR told they are out of Decaf at 4 or 5 in the evening.... 2 things that bug me about it. 1 How do you not know it is tea? Coffee is darker, right? It even smells different. 2. How can a coffee and donut shop be out of Decaf AND fresh donuts. I mean really? Keep the usual crew, give them a raise, have them train all new employees for AT LEAST 90 days without incident then sprinkle them in with the usual crew. If incident then well they shouldn't be making drinks. It isn't that hard. Put the phone down, pay attention to detail, but most importantly take pride in your work!
