Drive thru is small and they have a lot of new staff, which makes service slow. I was very frustrated how I waited over 10 mins for coffee and it was about 6 staff on site. The food came out fast, but the hash browns are always soggy and falling apart. I was going to (order online) to avoid the lines and wait times (WHICH IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!) but I was getting cold foam. Anyways. I'm only ordering online for mobile orders for now on. I absolutely love their doughnuts and holiday themes. I'm a regular customer fyi.

She folded and unfolded boxes instead of setting it aside when I changed my order. She acted as if she was doing me a favor to wait on me. I had to repeat two or three times what I wanted and she certainly made no suggestions. I was the only one at the counter when I went in. The box wasn't even fastened and I got no napkins even though this was a to-go order.
