  waiting over 40 min. for 8 piece Dinner ! Because a 20 piece order was before mine . On Sundays Especially . Need to be Cooking Lots of Chicken . People are not here ordering because of this . Lots of help . just standing around waiting on Chicken . Crazy ! Affects my return for Sure . Nobody in Dine in either . I Came in to order . Check the Cameras if you like. . Just standing and Waiting .Paid but Intentions to leave several times without my food . But I figured I will just wait it out this time. I told the Lady at the register. You guys should be steadily cooking chicken all Sunday long. Starting at 5 o'clock in the morning if need to. It's not like the chicken is sitting there Over eight hours or something. Just not very happy at all right now. And trust me I'll really have always love Bojangles. .

  The first time I ever heard about Bojangles was actually from a friend at work. We were on a work trip in South Carolina, and he suggested I give it a try. I’d never heard of Bojangles before, so I was curious. Now, the first time I ordered it was in the morning, and I was told to try their Cajun fries and Cajun chicken. But since it was breakfast time, I ended up going for a biscuit with Cajun chicken, Cajun fries, and a coffee. When it arrived through Uber Eats, I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The biscuit was pretty dry, the chicken was just kind of average, and the fries were soggy by the time I got them. On the plus side, the coffee was actually decent—kind of like a good deli coffee back in NYC. Overall, that first round was maybe a two to three stars out of five. Nothing special. Then, a couple of days later, I decided to give them another shot and ordered a three-piece chicken meal for pickup. I brought it home to eat, and honestly, it was just okay. The chicken was a bit cold by the time I got into it, and the mac and cheese on the side didn’t really impress me. I didn’t even finish the mac and cheese, and the biscuit was still on the dry side. So overall, I’d say I landed on maybe a two out of five stars for the whole experience. It just didn’t live up to the hype for me.

  Was just chastised by manager at drive thru for “running up his order time” I was the ONLY car in the line, and I was checking my bag for accuracy , since I was ordering for a few people. Had I known what a jerk I was going to encounter on a Saturday morning out of town, I would have kept my money and gone elsewhere. He opened the window , motioned for me to move and made a rude comment for no reason. Some manager….

  First time trying Bojangles and disappointed. Waited a bit for order to be taken, not a big deal. At the window the lady confirmed our order, checked the bag, then gave us the wrong stuff. Didn’t notice until we drove away. Wrong food, missing food, no straws. Will not be going back
