Don’t be in a hurry if you want anything from here… Food was typical Arby’s quality but be prepared for a veryyyy long wait even with no one in line ahead of you.

This store in Aiken Sc has went to crap. For what we pay for food you would think they would provide the proper meals. Order a half pound sandwich and get a regular. If you are charging premium prices give premium food and service. Meals are slapped together with no care. Last time I order here

Staff would not let doordash refuse an obvious double order. Got called 3 days later by ANGEL ACREE who immediately had an attitude from me answering the phone. After I informed her that the employees made two separate doordash drivers (i ordered through the Arbys app....) take two separate orders across town to my house making me pay 2x the fees, taxes, and tips. Then when I called Arbys because they didnt even provide me with the two milkshakes I had ordered I was told I had to call Doordash.. yall I dont even have the Doordash app. 3 days later I get this angry phone call that only increases in aggression when I bring up what the employees had done not even that I viewed it as wrong. Angel then told me she was over 7 stores and "there was a million orders on 01/26 so I need to find yours". I said okay look between 8pm and 10pm on the 26th for this duplicate order. Again she said a million people had made that order during that time.. I was flabbergasted to say the least and the Arbys app no longer shows I ordered even once let alone twice on that day. I have pictures from arbys/doordash cause thats who they use for their arby app delivery I guess? I have receipts, photos etc everything. Said I would email them and was told "I dont need proof sir just the amount you want refunded" I told her whatever they charged me for the second meal and the milkshakes I didnt receive as their "ice cream machine was down"... she told me she could not look it up and then hung up on me. I wish I was joking. Is this a district manager? Seriously?

Why is it so hard to get more than 1 packet of Arby’s sauce?? I ask and ask with same result. Love your food but done begging.

Cashier was extremely rude, no greeting and gave an attitude from the jump. wish i could give their name but of course could not get a receipt as it would make her do a little bit of work. if you don’t like your job, find a new one.
