  I’ve been a loyal Food Lion customer for a while, but my recent visits have been disappointing. The cashiers often come across as unfriendly or disengaged, which makes the overall shopping experience uncomfortable. Instead of being attentive and welcoming, some appear distracted or uninterested in assisting customers. As someone who regularly shops here, it’s discouraging to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I hope management takes steps to reinforce the importance of customer service and creates a more positive atmosphere in the store. If things don’t improve, I may need to consider other options for my grocery shopping.

  Overcharged for lobster tails. See receipt. I am returning ASAP for a refund. I never got the MVP discount and clearly I got other MVP discounts upon visit. I wished that all the layouts for stock was all the same for each food lion. If Walmart can do it with triple the items. I think food lion can follow. I shop at KROGER now for fresher produce and better prices.

  They always close before their actual closing time and they have poor attitudes with rude before. Also moves very slowly, everytime I go in there theres 3/5 people in line with 3 at least cashiers open Very dissatisfied with customer service.
