  Let me apologize! This inital negative review was for the Arbys in North Augusta on Edgefield Rd, NOT Aiken. You dont need to speak to your staff on my behalf, I was incorrect with the location and I have since, rectified that mistake. Both with your location and at the North Augusta location. Thank you for your prompt feedback. It is appreciated.

  The restaurant was clean and bright. They seemed to be busier than usual which was creating some confusion with orders. I can't help but wonder if the employees change positions. Both employees on the counter had on uniforms and clothes that looked messy. Not as snappy as Arby's normally is.

  it would appear your staff was not pleased that I was the first customer in line today not to mention y’all open at 10 and kept me sitting there in the rain until 1005. Y’all then proceeded to very sloppily make my food. It seems intentional and sarcastic if you do not like your job, then quit. I understand the beef and cheddar is not a neat sandwich, but I get them all the time and this is just ridiculous. I called the store numerous times and no answer. I sucked it up, reassembled my sandwich and attempted to eat it. Meat is extremely tough like they nuked it in the microwave. not edible I would like a refund. I noticed y’all submit a link for us to put in formal complaints, however my request would not successfully process…

  Don’t be in a hurry if you want anything from here… Food was typical Arby’s quality but be prepared for a veryyyy long wait even with no one in line ahead of you.
