  Unfortunately, I am not sure why but every-time we come to this location our coffees are never made correctly and when we try to notify the staff it is made incorrectly we are met with attitudes. This should not be an issue especially for a fairly new branch. We love 7 brew but I rarely visit the Aiken location in comparison to Augusta. I would rather drive 40 minutes to Augusta to be met with better service and better drinks but it is unfortunate we feel this way.

  Drive thru backed up 930. No bail out lane Easy to get trapped so don't be in a hurry for sure With many other competitors popping up, like Canal, Caribou, etc this place will need to step up game and get it together. However, the cold brew had good flavor and I was glad that it wasn't overpowered by sweetener or milk. It actually tasted like coffee

  The coffee is really good, I come here frequently. The only issue is that more times than not I will give my order, which i tell them the first coffee I want and then I say "I want 2 more exactly the same as that, so 3 of the same exact coffe", then when I get my coffees either 1 is made incorrect or they only give me 2 and get confused when I tell them I ordered and paid for 3, they do fix the isse when I tell them about it, like when my coffe is made incorrectly they will make a new one the way i wanted with no issue, and I always end up with what I ordered. It seems to be getting better but the issue still happens. But the coffee is too good to stop coming here because of something so little.

  Saturday 3/21/2026 between 650-700 AM. I had a frustrating experience at this location. When I pulled into the drive-thru, I was in the inside lane with only one car ahead of me. Another car pulled up in the outside lane and an employee went over to take their order, which I understand since there are two lanes. However, after that, another car pulled up behind them. Instead of coming to take my order next, the employee who was working my lane walked over to the outside lane and took their order as well. It seemed pretty clear that she knew the people in that car and decided to help them first. Because of that, I ended up waiting longer even though I had been there first. I completely understand that things get busy, but customers shouldn’t be skipped just because an employee recognizes someone in another lane. Fairness and order should matter in a drive-thru system like this. I hope management can address this so everyone is served in the order they arrive.
