    says they’re open until 11 pm. went at 9:45 and they were closed. No sign on the door or anything.

    The eldely manager in the morning is fine, the younger managers are setting the orders as being served when they should still be in progress. You need a district manager to investigate.

    The store had its lights off at 9 when they close at 11 most of the employees were out side smoking. The female taking the order was rude and rushed even though we were the only customers. My burger was cold and the bun stale like it had sat out all day and we requested extra pickles they slapped ice cold pickles on a cold burger on a stale bun and sold it to me. We are traveling and went to McDonald’s because you can usually count on them all being close to the same. This was expensive for us to toss in the trash and have nothing to eat while on the road. Very disappointing

    In the drive through for 15 minutes is just ridiculous there's no need for that i dont understand what takes so long whether you go inside or the drive through it takes forever even when its slow. The drive through is supposed to be quicker snd more convenient all it did was annoy me that I had to sit in line and wait as long as I did for no reason.
