  They make to go orders and drive through priority. I walked in and have waited over 30 mins for FAST FOOD. Ridiculous

  if i could give 0 stars I would, im a manager in food service and there’s is absolutely no reason why I should be waiting 45 minutes for a doordash?? this is fast food, im not sure if the employees are under the influence but they seem like it, they are disrespectful and will fully ignore you. I was standing in front of the counter with a large group of other customers who also had to wait an extremely long amount of time for fast food. I understand that it could take longer if there’s a rush going on but I was the only person in there when I got there and still had to wait an unexplainable amount of time for my doordash. do not come here, do not waste your money and wait pretty much an hour for FAST FOOD. this location definitely needs new management and employees. you’ve lost a long time customer. i visited on 4/10/26

  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE. i ordered online and checked in with the people behind the counter (who were visibly doing nothing) and they only started making my order when i asked again TWENTY minutes later. we had to leave because we didnt expect our order to take 20+ minutes when it was not busy in any way. anyone who was in the kitchen was chatting or wandering around and didnt bother making the orders on the screen. absolutely horrible HORRIBLE service, if i had time i wouldve asked for management. DO NOT BOTHER GETTING A PICKUP ORDER, THEY DONT CARE!

  I just went to pick up a DoorDash order at the diamond Hill location in Woonsocket Rhode Island and the girl that waited on me was absolutely horrible. Had no customer service skills did not even acknowledge me rude rude rude.

  Monday 3/16/26 at 11:30 pm, only one person ahead of me in the drive thru. I simply ordered two beef crunchy tacos. They barely had any meat on them, super beyond soggy the wrapper was stuck to the tacos and they did nit add the lettuce to them. I also ordered a beef chalupa no tomato so sour cream. Again barely any meat but loaded with cheese and also no lettuce! Very soggy as well. My order was not complicated at all. Huge waste of money but I had just got out of work and needed to eat something. This was beyond terrible!
