  You ever have 2 of the same businesses near you, and you say to the wife "don't go to that one, go to the GOOD one"? This T-Bell is the good one. Worth the slightly longer drive to know my order will be correct, and the face behind the counter will be friendly with a smile.

  Ordered supreme party box which has sour cream and every taco had none. Was charged for the sour cream. Tried calling every 5 min for about 45 min and no one even answered the phone

  i’ve worked in the food industry for 15 years… i understand how stressful these jobs get especially around the holidays. it’s draining, you’re over it and definitely considering quitting by the end of it all, i get that. however communication is key, I don’t mind waiting, things selling out, etc. i get it. however it’s so important to take care of your customers, especially ones who are there in person and have been waiting 45 minutes. I only went to taco bell cause my bonus kiddo wanted some steak on a soft tortilla with cheese… nothing much, extreamly simple. I kept checking in with different employees just to get told it would be done soon and it’s busy. low and behold after finally getting an employee to stop and actually check for the order, they handed it to someone else on accident and had ran out of soft tortillas. listen i’m not that upset but my kid is devastated, it’s an simple life lesson for her about not always getting the things you want but jeez guys I could’ve saved the 30 minutes waiting. there was no apology, i had to beg for a refund for food we didn’t even receive. again, i get it’s the holidays and it’s busy but communication is so important.

  I was nervous because the drive through line was long, but it moved surprisingly quickly. My order was taken promptly, politely, and clearly. My items were all correct and still warm when I arrived home. Great service.
