- JJJoannaNov 8, 20251.0Be sure to check your account if told transaction declined!! Went here 11/7 drive thru and was told my card didn't work, I asked if the machine was having issues, was told no. Tried with 2 other cards and the last one mysteriously work...I just checked my bank account and was in fact charged 3 times!! The "shift leader" (Demaris who looked more like a Dennis) with the septal piercing tried saying she was the manager was really a clown acting as if she was actually doing something by being rude and holding my card hostage who was in fact wrong along with the one in the black hoodie and the original cashier. Disputing the charges with the bank and will notify them of the fraudster business this place is!!

The two girls on had no clue what they were doing. 18 minute wait just for a sandwich and coffee. Who’s running this place? Over 30 minutes to walk in order and get food. - MDMark DSep 13, 20252.0The most careless Dunkin's I have ever been to, don't order anything modified or different from a basic coffee or sandwich. Its been the last 8 out of 10 times I have been here that they mess up my order and it's not hard, just a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel but NO CHEESE, I will get cheese but no egg or no egg and no cheese. Coffee is normally right but they have messed up 1 milk a couple times too and I have gotten a cup of milk with a little bit of coffee in it but they normally get the coffee right. I'm at the point I avoid this location unless I'm just getting coffee and even then I still would rather go to a different location.
