I was to have a free pizza because they had messed up my order and I called today to get my free pizza and I was told that there wasn't one for me. So when they mess up on the order and you talk to a manager. By the time you hang up your food don't get fixed.

When I called they told me the same thing. I gave the order number and they finally found me. Said it was delivered. So I went looking because I never got a confirmation. Found it outside in 27 degree weather. My food was cold and the pasta wasn’t even in the bread bowl anymore. Tried calling was put on hold for 10 minutes. Called back was put on hold again. Tried to find corporate information and it’s impossible to make a complaint to anyone but the workers and they don’t care they just laugh at you. I used to be an assistant manager at a Dominos and this would have been unacceptable. The delivery service and the customer service from the in-store crew are horrible.
