  I was having a great day, I was looking forward to getting Dunkin on my way to work, I had a night shift. I went to Dunkin about 6:47 pm 13 minutes before closing time. As soon as I pulled up, the lady seemed unfriendly and Wasn’t really friendly at the drive-through when I ordered. I simply ordered an iced Matcha latte with cold foam. Which was a medium. And multigrain bagel with butter. Once I pulled up to get my food, I took off and was on my way to work and when I Open the bag with a bagel in it there was no butter on the bagel and inside were two butter packets with a knife. My Matcha Wasn’t even all the way full. It felt like I was drinking a small. I never in my life have gotten A bagel that they haven’t spread butter on. I was so disappointed because I obviously couldn’t spread the butter on the bagel on my way to work so I had to eat it without butter. And I basically finished my Matcha and five sips. so sad.

  I dont wana be mean, I dont wana be rude but this is my true story. I waited maybe 15 mins for a “sausage egg and cheese”, and a “sausage and cheese” both on croissants. After waiting for a while I was asked are you waiting for food?? ….. What was it?…. We’re out of croissants…. I asked what my options were and went with English muffins and said again sausage egg and cheese… one with egg one without egg. I got it home to a bacon and cheese English muffin and a sausage egg and cheese English muffin. I think it was a mistake to go there. Again, I’m just stating facts and telling my story 🤷🏻‍♂️

  Best Dunkin in the area. Food and coffee is consistent and good quality every time. Great service.

  Be sure to check your account if told transaction declined!! Went here 11/7 drive thru and was told my card didn't work, I asked if the machine was having issues, was told no. Tried with 2 other cards and the last one mysteriously work...I just checked my bank account and was in fact charged 3 times!! The "shift leader" (Demaris who looked more like a Dennis) with the septal piercing tried saying she was the manager was really a clown acting as if she was actually doing something by being rude and holding my card hostage who was in fact wrong along with the one in the black hoodie and the original cashier. Disputing the charges with the bank and will notify them of the fraudster business this place is!!

  Best Dunkin staff ever! Friendly, efficient and respectful! If they treat you any differently than I described then I would say you treated them horribly because the staff at Mendon rd are truly the best of the best!
