You would think new building, new workers, great service and products. Sadly thats the furthest from the truth. Tipped 25% just to have the drive thru girl thank me for the tip BUT FORGET MY STRAW THEN LAUGH ABOUT IT AS I WENT BACK.....NOTHING beats entitled kids working but not appreciating tips and or the customer..the management staff should be ashamed but if u ask to talk to Deb the general manager she is never in the store and u can't reach her...that being said from the staff...unprofessional, rude, zero customer service and just a bad atmosphere but the "manager" was sorry....LOL...TERRIBLE......update Spoke to the manager and owner on a phone call and was told they were sorry and this shouldn't happen but clearly they offer zero compensation or attempt to make the situation better yet we still pay the same even with the garbage customer service...this is why cumbys coffee is cheaper and easier
