  Horrible management, waited over 25 minutes in line because of there mess up. Couldn’t leave the line or get my problem escalated. Makes sense management works here and not at a real job.

  Worst one I have ever been to. Taco had about a tablespoon of meat and a few sprinkles of cheese. Pinto and cheese tasted like the bottom of the barrel. Never will go back there again!!!!!

  They take forever even if you ordered online there may be one car in their drive through during late night and there is no hustle and most definitely check your bags before you leave

  I've come to this location 5 times & almost consistently have I waited 20 minutes or more for food that is incorrect EVERY TIME. Staff was rude, can not follow simple instructions & manager David, has given me attitude on my last 3 visits. Originally I wrote it off. Sure, everybody has bad days but the attitude persisted on my future visits when I POLITELY asked how long my food would take (was legitimately on my lunch break). I feel bad for the staff.. he couldn't bother to be polite CUSTOMERS I can't imagine how he treats those who work with him. These people have never heard of customer service I swear. The food itself was just OK which, should not be the case as they were not very busy & I came during the day. Highly recommend other Taco Bell locations as opposed to this one. Overall the staff I interacted was not very friendly apart from maybe the person working the window (who was doing way too many tasks while other employees sat there). The food was mediocre, the store was pretty clean but that is the only redeeming quality. Will not be coming to this store again.

  I had asked for no beans on my nacho bell grande, the one thing i asked for and SPECIFIED it. they gave me beans. and its not the first time either. taco bell is my favorite fast food place and im lucky to live 1 minute away but this place is a curse more than a blessing. the person that gave me the food also made no sense and was definitely high of some sort. on other occasions the employees have been so rude as well.
