- LILyon ItchyahApr 25, 20261.0Employee was on the phone with their AirPod in the entire order. Had to ask me more then once what type of sandwich I’m having because he was so preoccupied on the phone. Told him I had a tomato allergy and he still tried to put tomatoes on my sandwich because he couldn’t hear me with the AirPod. Got very upset when I told him he needs to get off the phone. I ended up leaving without my sandwich.
