  The shift manager that was on Sunday night for Easter is extremely rude to her employees flipping out about handing out a wrong order and basically making the kid feel like a complete idiot. Can't even focus on his current order with the customer. Because she's in the background complaining and making him lose focus, not the best atmosphere manager probably needs to be spoken to by a higher up

  It's the only McDonald's that I know that has a playground for the kids. They love 🥰 going there. Thank you and God bless 🙏💯

  We keep going back so we don't have any major complaints. It's McDonald's 🫶🏼. Fun little play place for the kids. Staff is usually great when it comes to food and making sure you're taken care of when you're waiting for them at the counter. Play place is a little gross sometimes. Seems tables are usually a bit dirty and kids like to take their socks off or go in with shoes. Also it's very cold inside in the winter!!!

  I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The staff was unprofessional, inattentive, and seemed more focused on talking among themselves than helping customers. My order took much longer than expected, and when I asked for assistance, I was met with an attitude instead of a solution. Good customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that at all. I hope management takes the time to properly train staff so future customers are treated with respect and efficiency.
