The manager Angel I believe is her name , is absolutely awful. I had a credit for a 4 piece nugget that Hayley had given me a few days ago. It was forgotten & I called & spoke to Hayley who was super nice! I came today 7/17/25 @ 520 pm, gave my order to the girl then let her know I also have a credit for a 4 peice nugget that Hayley gave me the other day. She told me my name was not there & I told her exactly who gave me the credit. For a damn 4 piece nugget. She told me to call the next day , I asked who the GM was & her response was "I don't have to tell you that " I asked if there is indeed a girl named Hayley there & she again said " I don't have to tell you that" then I asked what her name was & she said "I'm not telling you that"I pulled up to the window & 2 boys asked what was wrong & I told them she's giving me a huge hard time over a credit for a 4 piece nugget & they rolled there eyes & apologized to me, the younger boy was scared to tell me her name & then told me it was angel, I was then waved over to the last window where the guy gave me my food, I saw a girl in a manager shirt & asked if she was taking my order & if her name is angel, she rolled her eyes & gave me a huge attitude, I told her exactly who gave me the credit & this whole situation is so not needed & she is acting entitled & rude to me for absolutely no reason, she used her hands to act like "she was crying " numerous times, infront of all the other co workers who just looked at her like "omg" they all looked at me & apologized quitely with there mouths. She's also threatened to call the cops on me & I told her to please do it ! It would only look bad on her, I was calm but stern with this whole situation. It wasn't right at all.
She's a huge issue in your restaurant ! She clearly is mean to customers who did nothing wrong, & makes her coworkers feel small& intimidates them & they are scared to say what is right. I was a GM for 10 years, I know exactly what she is doing to the staff mentally & giving customers a hard time over nothing. She thinks it's funny, she clearly has issues.
